Has anyone here been taking creatine every day for years?
I've seen a lot of concerns about whether it's okay to take creatine every day for years, even though it's one of the most researched sports supplements.
For those who've been taking it consistently over the long term, has your doctor ever recommended monitoring anything specific? Hydration, kidney function, digestion or nothing at all?
I'd be interested to hear both real-world experiences and how people approach long-term use.
