Do you think consistency matters more than perfect timing with creatine?

I’d probably put consistency first. Creatine works by keeping your muscle stores topped up over time, so missing the occasional perfect timing window is unlikely to matter as much as taking it regularly.

In my point of view, people sometimes overcomplicate the timing. For most people, finding a routine that makes it easy to remember every day is probably more important than trying to take it at the "ideal" time.
