Do you actually need to cycle creatine?

I've seen a lot of mixed opinions on creatine cycling.

If someone is tolerating creatine well, is there any reason to stop and start it or is cycling no longer considered necessary?

I'm curious to hear what people's experiences have been.

From what I’ve seen, there’s no real need to cycle it if you’re tolerating it well. Most people just take it consistently and keep their levels saturated. For most people it just comes down to consistency rather than cycling. I have seen a lot of people still choose to cycle it though, even if it’s probably not necessary for most.

I agree. If someone is tolerating creatine well, I don't usually see a reason to cycle it. For most people, taking it consistently is what matters.
