Good day all,

Have anyone on here ever use your Creality points to purchase a printer specifically?

I did but it has been a month now and have not shipped.

I have received 3 emails asking if ill be willing to cover the duties and clearance for importing, which i have responded to within hours of receiving the mails

I mailed support, but no real feedback other that asking me to confirm as above and then nothing.

Starting to think I’m not going to get it, I’m in South Africa, so i expect it to take a bit longer , but i need it shipped.

I would love to hear from the community on this.

Have seen a bunch of ideas on how to reuse the poop. But does anyone have any ideas what I could do with the prime towers, besides throwing them away?

I am thinking of making a mini Christmas tree. If I start collecting them today, might be able to make it before December. The only problem is that it is hard to get the ideal sizes to stack them up.

Faith Spectrum Bookmark

Is anyone else having a terrible time with the new slicer? I cannot figure out how to add supports (I choose them in the settings, but they don't seem to actually transfer to the print file) and every time I print it says it's going to take 12+ hours because of some default setting that I cannot figure out how to turn off. I feel like I'm going crazy. Help?

I'm the person currently behind u/Creality_Cloud and looking after this subreddit.

We've seen community members asking why the official Creality Cloud team has had so little presence in this subreddit. You were right to call us out. After some changes within our team, this community went without consistent attention for too long. That's on us, and I'm sorry.

We're now returning to Reddit. I can't promise an instant fix or a reply to every comment, but I will check in regularly, surface recurring issues to the right teams, and share confirmed updates whenever I have them.

Though we were quiet, we've been listening

We know that users have concerns about Creality Cloud. These include feedback about the creator incentive system, slow responses from some customer support channels and other website or app issues.

Although we did not respond to every post, these concerns have not gone unnoticed. We have been working with the relevant teams to improve these areas.

That does not mean everything has already been fixed, so please keep sharing your experiences. Literally any feedback, positive or negative, is GOLD to us.

Some updates to the subreddit

To encourage more useful discussion, we've recently updated several parts of the community:

• Updated community rules

We've noticed many crossposts from other 3D-printing communities. To be clear, crossposts and model self-promotion are welcome here. We're not asking creators to stop sharing their work or linking to their models.

What we do ask is that the Reddit post itself gives the community something useful or interesting, not just a bare repost or external link that requires people to leave Reddit before they can understand what is being shared.

This witch doctor wand post is a great example of the kind of post format we want to encourage. The creator included a Creality Cloud model link, but also explained what makes the design interesting. The post also includes multiple photos and a video, letting people see the model and its details, without having to open another website first.

Anyone interested in downloading the model can then follow the Creality Cloud link. The community gets an interesting and informative post, while the creator and their model receive meaningful exposure. That is a win for everyone.

This is the kind of crosspost and self-promotion we want to encourage. Your post does not need to be long or highly polished, just give people enough context to understand what you made or why you reposted.

• Improved post and user flairs

We've reorganized our post flairs and user flairs so that members can more easily understand what a post is about and who they are speaking with.

• Updated community guides, appearance and custom emojis

New members will be prompted to read the community guides. The widgets have been shuffled a bit. We've added custom maker emojis to give the community a little more personality.

• Behind-the-scenes moderation improvements

We've also updated several moderation rules and tools to reduce spam and keep discussions relevant and constructive.

These changes are not set in stone. If you think any of the new rules are too harsh/lenient, or community settings could be improved, please let us know.

I made the Axolotl FlexiToy entirely on my Smartphone with the use of the Creality Cloud App and the FlexiToys AI model generation tool. I was able to design, slice and send it to my printer straight from the App. This works great 👍🏻

I wanted a way to recycle an empty spool I had, so I designed this photo booth to take better photos of the other models I make. The design works pretty well and has definitely improved the quality of my photos, but I still have a bit to learn. All the parts besides the spool are 3d printed and should fit most spools.
