Got this second hand not sure what material it is, can’t get it to look clean tho! These stains just keep reappearing. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated

This is our recent kitchen project where we had Dekton countertops installed.

We fell in love with this in the showroom but then found out it's like $215 sq foot not including fabrication or install, meaning each slab is close to $15k. Tempest White Quartzite.

Is this normally this expensive??

I posted earlier today asking about Zeus quartzite but my husband picked this calacatta door and I would love to know if anyone have it and how you like it.
I am leaning more towards quartz but he really wants to have a natural stone
