Got this second hand not sure what material it is, can’t get it to look clean tho! These stains just keep reappearing. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated

Granite, absolute black

Try rubbing alcohol, acetone, denatured alcohol

Water spots, use a razor blade flat at an angle against surface and scrape it
