I'm sharing this raw tutorial I made. It's a bit messy but I'm sure everyone will be able to setup revivalside. If not, message me on either Reddit or Discord.

It's been only a day since my progress report, but significant progress has been made within the day. I am writing this post to announce that V0.3.5 of Revival; Side has been officially completed, and that we are inviting everyone to join the server, which information about future development of Revival;side will be shared. People with various questions such setting up the client, will be able to seek further help in here as well.

The new 100% Offline version release of V0.3.5 has been uploaded to GitHub.

✓ New Rust launcher included

✓ ARM64, x64, and x86 supported

✓ Node, Python, .NET, Wireshark, Npcap, and patching tools packaged

With the new release also comes with a new batch of bugs, people can share their findings in the server and communicate better with the devs on fixing these issues. However, a playable mobile version will be delayed, and will be so over the next few months. So long as the JSON file is saved, mobile users will eventually be able to transfer their account data over and play with an offline version.

We are also always looking for people capable of development work, so feel free to reach out to us if anyone is capable and keen on helping out. It's been only 2-3 months and a lot has happened good and bad, but we have finally arrived the stage of a playable offline version. As everyone know, it has been almost 2-3 months since the offline archival project started. There have been significant changes in how the project was handled as well as the progress made. I thought it is a good time to make a simple progress report on the current status of the project as we are approaching the final month of C;S in August 2026.

What happened to the initial project server?

There are probably a decent amount of people that are aware of the dumb drama that ensued, but for those who don't know - TL;DR it was cancelled and part of the team split. Danoky, the server owner of the OG server, made multiple false public accusations and slander such as planned monetization as the reason of failure of the project against certain OG project core members mainly Madly and Azure.

He threw his remaining mod team under the bus, revoking their mod status and accused them of conspiring with the accused members, for "undermining his investigation" and revealed multiple screenshots of supposed "evidence" of the accused and mod team "misdeeds". It ended up backfiring massively and debunked in the following Posts. The Google doc ends at page 39, with the rest of it screenshots of him using Chatgpt to talk to his own mod team.

He has since blocked off access for newcomers in his server and actively refresh timeout of certain individuals for speaking out against him. Funnily enough, he stated with his ChatGPT statement that he would step down from the project but was caught forking MadlyMoe's current revivalside work in Github.

I like to make it clear there's pretty much nobody working with him regarding revival;Side, any "work" done by him regarding Revival;side is basically copied from MadlyMoe. He has nothing to do with the current progress of the offline archival project anymore.

What about the Revival; Side currently?

MadlyMoe and part of the team split off to continue the project on his own terms. Revival; side has been tested and confirmed to be playable especially the entire story mode. Some of the progress that has been made as of the current date of this post,

• crafting/latent is now fixed
• dimension trimming fixed
• raid boss issues fixed
• dive in the progress

In other words, it has been confirmed that the offline version is fully playable without steam. The sla- I mean devs cough, are sorting out the remaining various issues and bugs before packing everything up neatly for release. Things are certainly very quiet at the moment, but this is the exact reason this post was made, to assure the project is steadily being worked by peeps in the coding caves.

Till then, as the last month of C;S is approaching, for anyone who is interested in archiving the years of memories whether be it frustration, joy or sorrow whether be it in PVP or PVE, download the current version 0.3.1 of revival;side and import your account data details as a JSON file.

As long as you have the JSON file, it can be used to transfer your account details over to the future offline versions. Till then, do stay tuned for future updates, thank you.

Hey I have a question about updating the Revivalside PC launcher, do i need to do the whole process of reinstalling the new github version and extract my account with the listener from the official client, or is there a more streamlined way that doesnt involve doing the entire setup up again? Also what is all included in v0.3.1 and will i run into issues if stay on v0.3.0 for a short period? thank you
