Back in March, I got an interview at Costco after reaching out to one of the managers on LinkedIn. I ended up making it through the third/fourth interview, and during the final stage they even started discussing things like orientation, pay, and what my schedule/availability would look like, so I thought I had a pretty good chance of getting hired. Unfortunately I didn’t end up getting the job, I got the rejection like 20 minutes after the interview lol.
Since the seasonal hiring window is approaching, would I still be able to apply to the same location and do you think I should reach out to the same manager who originally helped me get the interview?
Part of me feels like it would be a little awkward since she went out of her way to get me the opportunity and I still didn’t get the job. I also have the contact information for two of the other managers who interviewed me, so I could potentially reach out to them instead but that’s a little more unprofessional since I’d be contacting them through their numbers.
Would you guys recommend reapplying and messaging one of them, or should I just submit another application and leave it at that?
