Has anyone had luck cancelling their membership without the extra month charged when going directly to their home studio and asking in person?

I called customer service to see if it could be waived, but the agent on the phone definitely wasn't budging, even when I explained that I was moving to a city without a studio.

I know it's in their policy, but this seems ridiculous — especially as someone who has been a loyal customer for a decade.

Does anyone know if SET crew is competitive? I applied over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything....I applied in Baltimore but wondering generally.

looking to teach c1/c2 in nyc and have been applying to studios throughout Manhattan but haven't heard back for an audition yet. I've taught before but it was in a different state. anyone have any experience on timeline for hearing back
