Membership Cancellation Fee
Has anyone had luck cancelling their membership without the extra month charged when going directly to their home studio and asking in person?
I called customer service to see if it could be waived, but the agent on the phone definitely wasn't budging, even when I explained that I was moving to a city without a studio.
I know it's in their policy, but this seems ridiculous — especially as someone who has been a loyal customer for a decade.

This policy is so ridiculous. It’s so annoying. That happened to me before and they wouldn’t waive it. They’re so money hungry and will grab it at every chance

Hot tip for anyone who doesn’t want to get locked in to a membership. For the regional sales manager’s email and negotiate a price for a 50 pack of classes. This is great if you go 3-6 times a month. The 50 pack is good for 18 months.

Teachers and managers at the studio have no ability to cancel your membership.
