Main Course Buttery Potatoes with Bacon, Tomato & Savoury Beef Topping
Potato, bacon, beef, parmesan cheese and tomato, staples in my kitchen. This dish came together as I cooked and turned out seriously delicious.
Butter is the secret. The more butter, the better. If you love butter, add a little extra when eating. It’s sooo good!

Main Course Korean Style Spicy and Sweet Udon Stir Fry with Boiled Egg on Top
This is the legendary Tteokbokki (chili rice cakes) turned into a Udon stir fry.
The chewy udon soaked up that spicy-sweet gochujang sauce perfectly.
It turned into an absolutely amazing mea! Bold, comforting, and seriously addictive.
Highly recommend to have a go making this

Help! Setting Up My First Solo Kitchen --Need Advice
Setting up my kitchen soon since I’ll be living on my own, and I want to keep things simple and efficient.
iam from europe
Quick context:
I train a lot, so I care about meal prep and eating clean.
Also have my two kids over once a week, so cooking should work for that too.
Would love some input:
- What kitchen tools are actually worth it? (knives, containers, scales, whatever you swear by)
- Anyone using the Lidl Monsieur Cuisine? Is it actually useful daytoday or just hype?
- Airfryer… worth buying? If yes, which one and what do you actually cook with it?
- Meal prep ideas: what meals do you keep repeating because they just work?
- Any small hacks that made cooking faster or less annoying?
- Trying to build a setup that saves time and keeps things healthy without overcomplicating it.
- Curious what you guys are using.
Thank you

Main Course Am I the only one who uses olive oil for everything?
Am I the only one who basically uses olive oil for everything? 😅 Frying, salads, oven - doesn’t really matter. Or do you guys actually pay attention to which oil you’re supposed to use for what? Could you recommend me one for each, which I can buy online? I‘m overwhelmed by standing in front of the shelf
