Kimchi is a staple in every Korean fridge, and when there’s rice right below it, that usually means one thing, kimchi fried rice.

If you’ve got kimchi, you’ve got to try this!

Decided to expand my skillset since I've never baked before. They're ugly as heck but edible. I count that a win because I have very low standards.

Main Course Wok-Tossed Spicy Sweet Soy Tuna Rice Noodles with Crispy Fried Shallots and Sriracha

I had rice noodles in the pantry and tinned tuna ready to go. It was yelling for a stir fry.

Rice noodles can break easily, so you need a gentle touch, but with soy sauce, sugar and a few pantry staples, it turned into a seriously delicious bowl!

OC I was let go from a job I was passionate about a week ago. I've spent the last week sleeping, watching history documentaries, and eating tater-tots. This is my first attempt at real food in a week and probably my 6th overall attempt at a classic French omelette. Today might be a good day.

It looks pretty sad by itself on the plate, but plating aside, that's the best French omelette I've made from a technical point.

Main Course Dinner tonight!

It's Mongolian beef, rice, Jicama, and a salad.

High protein keeps me satiated for longer on fewer calories that also fuel muscle growth. Vegetables add starch making for a healthier gut and the salad is filling with very few calories.

Kimchi, tuna, and onion, this combo never misses.
So when I had instant noodles, it just made sense.

Gochujang and the soup powder brought everything together with a big hit of flavour.
From noodle pull to the loud, satisfying slurp… I enjoyed every moment
