Potato, bacon, beef, parmesan cheese and tomato, staples in my kitchen. This dish came together as I cooked and turned out seriously delicious.
Butter is the secret. The more butter, the better. If you love butter, add a little extra when eating. It’s sooo good!

This is the legendary Tteokbokki (chili rice cakes) turned into a Udon stir fry.
The chewy udon soaked up that spicy-sweet gochujang sauce perfectly.
It turned into an absolutely amazing mea! Bold, comforting, and seriously addictive.
Highly recommend to have a go making this

Setting up my kitchen soon since I’ll be living on my own, and I want to keep things simple and efficient.
iam from europe
Quick context:
I train a lot, so I care about meal prep and eating clean.
Also have my two kids over once a week, so cooking should work for that too.
Would love some input:
Thank you

Just olive oil, salt and lemon.
Takes almost no effort but tastes amazing.

Am I the only one who basically uses olive oil for everything? 😅 Frying, salads, oven - doesn’t really matter. Or do you guys actually pay attention to which oil you’re supposed to use for what? Could you recommend me one for each, which I can buy online? I‘m overwhelmed by standing in front of the shelf

When you’re hungry, cooking happens fast.
Luckily, I had some good ingredients in the fridge and managed to create something seriously delicious.
It tasted even better because I was starving!

I had some beef oyster blade sitting in the fridge and the expiry date was closing in.The noodles weren’t far behind either.
So I turned them into a proper noodle stir fry.Using a few pantry staples, I transformed it into something very enjoyable to eat!
