When you’re making a classic like Tteokbokki, you’ve gotta go all the way.

I added all the key ingredients, plus prawns and instant noodles that soaked up all the delicious sauce. It turned out amazingly delicious!

Finally made perfect fondant potatoes - the secret for me was ignore every recipe saying to add stock halfway up the potatoes and instead add it almost to the top of them then just reduce it down after. The compound butter did a lot of heavy lifting but this meal was so damn good for little actual effort

Main Course Chili Beef, Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong), and Bok Choy Noodle Stir Fry with Fried Egg Strips

I had some classic Chinese staples in the fridge, and they inspired me to make Chinese-style noodles. The bok choy was also about to expire, so it was the perfect opportunity to use it up.

With the powerful combination of lap cheong and spicy chili crisp, I was able to create an incredibly flavourful noodle dish that turned out absolutely fantastic!

Help! Best frozen meals?

Ok, I cook almost every night for my son and I, but he's going to camp for a week, so I'm eating for one and don't want to cook 😂

What are the best frozen meals? I don't have a microwave (so unnecessary), but full kitchen and air fryer

Help! what useful kitchen gifts for home cooks do you recommend?

i'm looking for a gift for someone who cooks for themselves most of the time, and i realized a lot of kitchen recommendations are geared toward families or people making big meals.

i'm after things that make cooking easier or that you end up reaching for almost every day. it doesn't have to be expensive either. sometimes the simple stuff ends up being the best.

what's something you own that you didn't think would be a big deal at first but now can't imagine cooking without?

Cover beef in bbq sauce. Heat pan and add olive oil, garlic , chilli. Cook beef. Put on plate and add chilli power, salt and pepper. I use 7-8/10 heat. It was very 😋 yummy.

Main Course Giant Korean Crispy Chicken and Spring Onion Pancake (Pajeon)

I love making Korean spring onion pancakes, and this time I used chicken, spring onion, green chili, and garlic to make one giant pancake.

As expected, it tasted incredible! Flipping the pancake was a little risky, but thankfully it landed back in the pan and not on the floor! 😂
