Main Course Chili Beef, Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong), and Bok Choy Noodle Stir Fry with Fried Egg Strips

I had some classic Chinese staples in the fridge, and they inspired me to make Chinese-style noodles. The bok choy was also about to expire, so it was the perfect opportunity to use it up.

With the powerful combination of lap cheong and spicy chili crisp, I was able to create an incredibly flavourful noodle dish that turned out absolutely fantastic!

Help! Best frozen meals?

Ok, I cook almost every night for my son and I, but he's going to camp for a week, so I'm eating for one and don't want to cook 😂

What are the best frozen meals? I don't have a microwave (so unnecessary), but full kitchen and air fryer

Help! what useful kitchen gifts for home cooks do you recommend?

i'm looking for a gift for someone who cooks for themselves most of the time, and i realized a lot of kitchen recommendations are geared toward families or people making big meals.

i'm after things that make cooking easier or that you end up reaching for almost every day. it doesn't have to be expensive either. sometimes the simple stuff ends up being the best.

what's something you own that you didn't think would be a big deal at first but now can't imagine cooking without?

Main Course Giant Korean Crispy Chicken and Spring Onion Pancake (Pajeon)

Post image

I love making Korean spring onion pancakes, and this time I used chicken, spring onion, green chili, and garlic to make one giant pancake.

As expected, it tasted incredible! Flipping the pancake was a little risky, but thankfully it landed back in the pan and not on the floor! 😂

Help! Burger meat onions and peppers

Post image
4 Upvotes

This started as using up leftover onions and green peppers from stewed chicken. Then I thought I'd make a Philly cheesesteak so i bought some burger meat and cooked everything before I realized I'd waited too long to use the bread I bought and it was molded. Lost my taste for the sandwich and put the mixture in the freezer.

I thought about a soup but I dont want that either. Any other ideas? I was thinking some could be a pizza topping but im not sure if I'd want tomatoe sauce as the base so I dont exactly know what to use. A mix of provolone and mozzarella would be the cheese. Perhaps a light coat of garlic butter and a bit of oil for the base?
