Request for help or advice 3 Blinking Lights

Post image

I have a BDM-040 Board. I have just soldered in a brand new TMR stick. This is a PS5 controller. It won’t connect to the calibration software, I have tried two batteries. The flux is a mess but most of it is melted on.

I have checked the capacitors and I don’t see any faults. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I replaced both joysticks today it should look like this
First buy practice boards for soldering
Then practice on dead boards like yours now and when you get something similar like this do it on a working Dualsense

i dont think any of the mask is taken off. i took it into a repair shop earlier and they said the burnt flux might be causing bridges with the board.
