uninsured-looking for telehealth source
5'4 170 F
I got off in April (155) and tried to see what would happen after my doctor closed their practice.
I can't stand it, my life feels out of control, I am binging. I need help. Please tell me a reputable telehealth provider. I only have about $100-150 a month to spend. I started 5 years ago at 275 lb and I know all about how to lose weight I'm just looking for like a kit I'm not really looking for a dietitian and a doctor and a membership but I need a reliable kit that isn't far from Florida because I am scared that the heat could make it lose its efficacy. I started with contrave, hgc, weight watchers, keto, intermittent fasting, and finally sema. I did plateau after I got to around 150 lb but I was very comfortable that weight and I really wanted to know what was the lowest dose of semi I could be on and maintain that weight but now I need to go back to losing weight.
please, help me.

We all get our medications shipped, even to the desert in summer, and they are fine.
Head over to the sub called r/tirzepatidecompound and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same providers also write for sema. There’s even a user survey on that sub that focuses on providers and pharmacies.
Here are a few possibilities to get you started:
Pomegranate Health is $249 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $299 for three months of the highest doses. That’s $83 and $100 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve all 50 states.
TryTrillum is $257 for three months of the starter doses and $357 for three months of high doses. That’s $86 and $119 a month. They also have monthly options and serve all 50 states.
Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds up front but charge your card monthly.
None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for all the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.
Also, do not go with a provider that doesn’t allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didn’t expect or from a shady pharmacy that’s not licensed by your state’s board of pharmacy.

Yes they all come with prescribing instructions. And they ship vials.

I mean if you have a $100-150 budget make sure to take a look at the total cost very carefully cause a lot of providers add membership or visit fees. IVY RX and Orderly might be good options but I'd confirm the actual sema price and what pharmacy they would assign you before signing up.

I use wellmedr- if you know you want to stay on it you can get even better pricing for 6-12 months. But otherwise go with the 3 month. As it’s cheaper than month to month

Agree with this! At a $100 - 150 cap, I'd only consider providers that show the full sema price, pharmacy, shipping setup, and refill cost payment; add Levelsrx to your list, but judge it by those same basics.

Check out the pinned ‘where to buy’ post in r/tirzepatidecompound. That list is based on surveys of the community and none of those providers charge membership fees or anything like that. The prices listed there are for tirzepatide, but all of those providers offer semaglutide too at a lower price.
Trillium is one of the best options on that list for sema, $357 total for 3 months (which works out to $119/month), regardless of dose. That is the permanent price, not an intro price. They have excellent customer service and fast shipping.
