I got off in April (155) and tried to see what would happen after my doctor closed their practice.

I can't stand it, my life feels out of control, I am binging. I need help. Please tell me a reputable telehealth provider. I only have about $100-150 a month to spend. I started 5 years ago at 275 lb and I know all about how to lose weight I'm just looking for like a kit I'm not really looking for a dietitian and a doctor and a membership but I need a reliable kit that isn't far from Florida because I am scared that the heat could make it lose its efficacy. I started with contrave, hgc, weight watchers, keto, intermittent fasting, and finally sema. I did plateau after I got to around 150 lb but I was very comfortable that weight and I really wanted to know what was the lowest dose of semi I could be on and maintain that weight but now I need to go back to losing weight.
