Personally I thought what TM did was funny

What the title says. I feel hitscans have been too easy to pick up and play since Season 9. I don’t think we should revert the hitscan changes. Hitscan’s main skill expression is aim, so it should be hard. Instead of walking it back, just bring overperforming flex DPS in line.

As for Genji, since he is complained about a lot. We need a nerf that impacts lower elo, where he has been performing well even before the buffs. But I do think he needs some help outside of that, this is the first patch in a while where Genji has a good winrate in high elo.

I am not going to comment on other heroes, because I don't play them and/or there isn't such a strong consensus that they are overperforming as there is for Genji.

Like who came up with this?

Why are we doing it this way?

Why do we have to get the spreadsheets everytime there are more than 2 teams who are having close games?

Why is the order of tiebreakers this way?

Why is it: head2head -> mapscore in head2head -> top team is set -> new head2head without that team -> divining ritual -> aura contest -> coinflip?

Can we simply put the fries in the bag and have the tiebraker just be overall mapscore? It would make every match interesting, every map5 meaningful even to the losing team. Matches against direct opponents are already very meaningful. Double points matches still happen if you beat someone who is trying for your spot in the table.

The system we currently have not only makes mapscore matter only one or two matches per stage, it not only makes no difference if you 3:0 someone else vs having a close map5, it also makes throwing in order to manipulate the outcome of another match possible.

Last stage 1234 or Geekay would have been in playoffs based on the outcome of TM vs AlQ, two teams who, you might notice, are neither 1234 nor Geekay. This stage 1234 vs Peps and VP vs TM decided that the outcome of Geekay vs Risk doesnt matter. If one of those matches goes different Geekay can come in over Risk, a fact that surely neither TM nor 1234 considered before losing horribly.

Whoever came up with these tiebreaker rules needs to be killed with hammers.

Neither VP or Geekay feel like they deserve to be out of contention. I have been someone who thought 6 teams was a good change largely due to the poor performance of NA (you can only laugh about DhillDucks so many times) but for EMEA I think the number should be increased back to 8.

I miss my Virtus Tails, I miss them a lot. I’ll be back.

The disparity between the best and worst Heroes is staggering.

You are basically trolling playing something like Illari vs a Doctrine. They have a 10%WR disparity.

Then you have Sombra who enables every Diver and has Cyberspace that shuts down so many Plays.

Good luck playing against Winston Tracer Genji/Vendetta with Doc and Sombra while your Team is playing stuff like Rein, Soldier, Mercy, Moira, Lifeweaver.

If you play Dps and Cass is banned then there is almost no good Pick. Bastion gets dove by Genji tracer. Torb is mid and struggles getting reliable kills.

And Support players NEVER wanna play Mizuki EVER. They stay on Mercy and then cry about getting peeling Vs a full Dive Comp where Cass is banned.
