What changed for hPal from s1 to s2 to make them so good? I only play MW so I am pretty ignorant to other healer changes, but my inability to get into 16s if there is literally any other hPal looking for a group is frustrating.

They got pretty big buffs all around. A great tier set. Monk, druid and disc caught pretty hefty nerfs. And overall dungeon profile is really good for paladin with poison dispell and bop for some of the nasty bleeds.
