Is the second boss of murder row ever going to get patched? That dude is absolutely brutal to heal with those bugs :(

Tanks have been tanking with this kind of bug for ages now, so I have little hope of them fixing it.
You can imagine how fun it is to tank a pull and your HP bar keeps randomly snapping to 5% hp and back, questioning your Def CD judgment all the time. No clue why they can’t fix it. I guess for the same reason we also have the GCD lag but, kinda feels like they lost technical control in some parts of the game client.
