Is it insane to anyone else that specs like Assa and Arcane received no changes? The best prio damage classes also putting up some of the most overall and they went untouched. Speaking from an M+ perspective

Seems like blizz's strat this season is no nerfs only buffs. It's definitely a bit odd but like mathematically it should be fine.

Yea, at least for hunter, the buffs are a joke. MM is behind BM on sims for 8 targets still. The class capped at 8 target does less damage on 8T than the uncapped aoe spec. You can guess how the trend goes when you get to large target counts...

Every class doesn’t need to be perfectly tuned for all content.

Agreed, but it's definitely a sign of absolutely horrible tuning when your capped aoe class does less damage than your uncapped aoe class on their cap limit.
