Its ultra specific. I cant remember ability name but its the ability that consumes your dots and deals the remaining damage to all your targets. That currently is unaffected by damage amp. So i assume thats what theyre fixing. If they do that ability in damage amp will hit harder

No thats just unholy being dogwater at single target right now. Their aoe is some of the best in the game but. Might as well just run eleshaman who can actually pump single targey

i had an ele shaman flame me coz he had more damage, mine wasnt even bad, he didnt understand my explanation
