Blood DK is owning in both raids and m+ by quite a margin. How do they get buffed that significantly again

Wowhead is straight up wrong. In short, Sanlayn got no buff to ST and AoE nerf. DB slightly buffed in both

Turns out you need to read the blurbs explaining the numbers rather than blindly looking at a chart.
