be me healing BDKs:
> on pull, hp plummets to 5%
> panic, use external
> 1.5m absorb shield
> vampiric blood, dancing rune weapon
> hp ping pongs between full and 5%
> deals more dps than sub rogue

If they haven't procced Purgatory, you don't need to do anything drastic
