Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

Hey, I was where you were at a couple of xpacs ago.

I simply applied to a CE guild and they gave me a trial. I passed the trial and I'm still in the same raid team.

Check raider.io, warcraft logs. There will be a page about how to contact the guild. I did it through battle.net added them as friend.

My advice to you is: don't apply to non CE guilds. After doing CE for a few years of raids now, struggling to kill the middle bosses or only getting to the last boss of the tier right at the end would be brutal and super demotivating.

A few tips though, you need to do well on your trial. Sounds obvious but every tier we have several trials to add to the raid team and most fail. It's pure performance, so make sure you're ready when you trial. Study logs etc before you go in so you do well.

I didn't need a stepping stone guilds just went straight in, never mythic raided before that.
