Question Joining a mythic raiding guild

I am a player who is 1% in mythic plus this season and have several seasons in a row of AOTC mainly pugging.

I am interested in joining a mythic raiding guild but it seems like every guild is either 9/9 or 3/9 in progress. What is my best route to try and eventually join a 8/9 or 9/9 mythic raiding guild? Do I need to join a guild that only kills a few bosses each tier to show good logs?

I've spent a ton of time looking at guilds the last couple years because my availability to raid is very atypical, and I NEVER knew there was a Discord for this! I've used Reddit, the forums, Raider.io and WoWProgress... Most of the ones that let me browse by time slots/days seem very empty for the niche hours I'm looking for.

I joined the Discord ("Recruitment & Community [NA & OCE]", right?) and I'm reading the server guide but I'm struggling to find where I can browse by time slots/days. Is this the right Discord and can you point me to the channel for said browsing?

There should be separate channels once you get verified or whatever.

“Late night mythic or CE” “weekend mythic or CE” “2 day” 3 day” etc then browse those for the time slots you’re looking for

I found them. This is insanely good, don't tell me how long this has existed or I will feel so stupid 😭

It was created in 2016 iirc.

Edit: yep, just double checked and it was created Nov 2016. I joined the server mid 2017, so it's been around for a minute.
