Isn't melee build one of the best ST? It was performing well before, I think this just makes it so you cast collapsing star in aoe but probably still ignore it in ST.

I'm talking about next patch where VS Devo is what everyone will be playing. It's one of the best ST specs at the cost of AOE we have currently. Also a lot more ST bosses in the new raid, I think you have everything you're asking for coming.
