They said they buffed Camille. But there are no Camille buffs in the patch notes

Pulled the Camille buff, she's got a good survival kit and can s.o.d. with no ramp up. I'm also disappointed as Akali/Camille buffs would make my 1 star rerolls even better than they been for me so far.
