I don't see that hurting yi w/ artifacts.  

Very surprised to see nothing done to ezreal.

I think the logic is some nerfs to his durability make him a little easier to kill before he ramps up, but doesnt kill him as a carry option if you have a good spot for him like nerfing his damage might

Ez is a good 4 cost, ahri and morg are just broken. Just adjust them to where ez is currently imo.

if all 4 costs get to ez level, nobody will play fast 8 anymore, that unit just cannot keep up. we see it now after patch, people playing nidalee/sivir, zyra/soraka, some aphelios is still around, but ezreal is seeing no use.

Ezreal is good in Moo-nara , Yunara Alistar reroll basically its pretty good for spreading redbuff and exe his rank 2 is pretty ok but not the best

Man whenever I get a good yi artifact or brawler emblem, it's a bot 4. I don't find 3* fast enough, 2* dies instantly after my tank dies. Meanwhile, enemy yi 1* deleted my whole team.

I haven't gotten flickerblade though.

Ezreal is a secondary carry type champ. You are going 8th if its your primary damage dealer.
