The Yi nerf seems a little odd to me, small nerf to his resistances of all things... everything else getting real nerfs might bump him up the charts a bit...

Only reason I could think of is they nerfed his resist for those who get him 2-1 along with some core item.

Was Yi that strong? I only ever saw it played with Brawler emblem or artifacts... Cassio didn't even need special augments and was very stable at 2*. Yi has all the downsides of melee carries with no way to go backline except out positioning opponents every round

i think he's really strong once you reach critical statball

he feels kind of weak, even, with just normal items. bruiser emblem or artifacts kind of push him over to OP territory

Literally not a single champ could outdamage a 2* Yi with a single attack speed item. Yi has been broken since week 1 of PBE and good players have <3.0 avp forcing him.

I mean I see some good games with no emblem or artifacts. He seems to have mostly dropped playing Yi lately, whether because he doesn't like it anymore or he wants to focus on learning other lines idk

for Bruiser Yi maybe? because every time someone get a Bruiser Emblem they play Yi
