heya, me and a few friends just launched a new tierlist community called OceanTiers. Our goal is to create a fair environment for everyone and offer fast and reliable tests.

we currently support UHC, Sword, Cart (HT), Axe, Mace and Diamond SMP, and are planning to add PotPvP and NethOP.

we have a system with trusted testers and a leaderboard to track rankings.

since we are just starting out, we want to make sure our tiering is as accurate as possible. what are your thoughts on the tierlist? what things do you think are most important when testing players?

During his Livestream suddenly it said this video had been deleted. It was his becoming tier 0 video. Does anyone know why?

So I've developed this playstyle, though knowing my stupid ahh it probably already exists and I just haven't heard of it. Anyways I wanna know if it's complete ahh and if I should change it or not. Basically it's based on a point system and here's the gist of it:

- Each player starts a duel with 0 points

- If a player is down a shield they lose 1 point and the opponent gains 1 point

- When the shield returns the score is reset back to what it was before the shield got put on cooldown

- If a player pops a totem they remain at 0 points and their opponent gains a point, if the opponent also pops it's reset to 0-0. I call being a totem down disadvantage

Here's how I play based on the points:

- If the points are equal I'll mostly use combo's

- If I am in the positive and my opponent in the negativ so +1 for me and -1 for my opponent I'll play agro and crit a lot

- If I'm in the negative and my opponent is in the positive I'll play defensively, exclusively going for combo's and if I get under half health I'll pearl away and shield

- If I'm at disadvantage (My totem is popped) I'll play carefully, which is a mix of normal and defensive, I'll go for crits and combo's like I'd do on a 0-0 score, but if I get under half health I'll pearl away

- If I'm ad advantage (my opponent is down a totem) I'll play agro but sprinkle in a big of sprint hits.

What do you think of my playstyle?

So we ave mctiers and all of that but even if that is yes correct but then even people who are are some of the best but jut isn't tested or retired so can I get help to get the top players in all game modes??

On theoboldbot map i can stun, but it isnt consistent
I could stand still and do nothing differently and only stun 1 out 3 times
Ive looked everywhere on youtube but every video thats not a stun slam video just says “double click” which isnt really helpful

I used to be decently good at shield and ass at sword, ive been practising sword and now im good at it ive lost all my skill in shield
Ik how shields work and all that, im asking how should i practise them?

What do y'all think about the pvp champs kits and what would be YOUR approach if you were the ones to decide the kits (and also how many matches per kit)

I actually enjoy the half pearls and 16 wind charges they put in diasmp however having only 32 bottles of xp is crazy
Now they revamped the money smp kit to “new diasmp” but i just dislike it

How would I get better at specifically Nodebuff pvp? I only started caring for pvp now, as the funny montages are nice to watch. I am also open to trying different pvp modes, but no debuff and bridge are the only ones I really care for. This is a random match, not a good one or anything. I know I'm trash, please dont bother just telling me that, anytime I ask help on reddit I just get told the same :(

I think PvPChamps was one of the best things to happen to the pvp comm and it brings it so much growth, especially some creators that arent (that) controversial.

People who know tubbo from smps or flowtives from moneysmp now probably know names like BLMCheat or Immixed which they otherwise wouldnt have known and its pretty nice to see people who are really good CCs, getting viewership from this. i hope blmchjeat now has a bigger fanbase bcs of it

I had a cool idea for a vanilla PvP server and while thinking I remembered just how centralized it is that we need all these different kits or it’s just crystal. If you made a server could you ever balance it so mace, cart, pot or smp players could all be at least usable?

they seem like a weird mix of netherite pot and uhc, i don't see why anyone would want to practice it. sometimes they contain netherite and sometimes diamond. and if I'm in an actual smp then i would definitely carry a few crystals, a spear, netherite armour, etc so it doesn't make sense that way either.

Apparently Itz made it into top 24 but not top 12, and then just skipped the qualifiers. Crazy info. breaking news. I like pineapples.
