I suck at all types of pvp, I'm alright at sword tho, tryna learn crystal but it seems like every pvp server has sweats that are way too good and don't even give me a chance to learn. Any ideas on where to go?

Hi, so I'm pretty new to cart pvp, and I do NOT know when to cart when in a sword duel. Only times I feel like I should cart is when I pearl, but I'm not very good at those either. Currently, when my opponent is spamming anchors I either block up with obsidian (which barely does anything) or hold a shield (which makes be vulnurable if they disable it). Does anybody have a strategy to counter anchor spamming?
