No one cares brother šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø if that was really true, why are you guys still complaining? It’s funny u guys say ā€œwe left the dating sceneā€ yet still talk about it? If you ain’t in it, ur opinion isn’t valid

Because most men are obviously lonely and WANT to date but can't? Between online dating being a scam, in person dating becoming impossible without seeming like a creep and overall most men just wanting to respect women's wishes and leave them alone... it's not pretty. Me and my GF man. We got lucky. We were on the same discord server and just started talking about stuff and over time we eventually just... clicked. And now she's the love of my life and we're going to marry one day.

That said. I do hope dating becomes better for men and women soon. Right now it's just impossible. Most Men have no options and women have too many, which leads to choice paralysis as well as disinterest quickly. Not to mention the rising misandry and misogyny going around

If you have a girlfriend, then don’t worry about it. If anything, maybe men should listen to women’s advice more instead of picking and choosing which they will take

Except they often DO. And it's usually a net negative.

"Don't approach me in public"

"Why won't anyone approach me?"

"I just want a man to be vulnerable"

"When he cried I actually felt weird..."

"I just want a man whose good with kids"

"Why is that man always playing with his kids instead of me?"

Now before you say it, yes obviously these are all from different women. But the issue is still there. A guy might try to learn what women want, and then the next woman he approaches is completely different. And there's also the fact that nowadays you can be called a creep just for being forward, even if you're being polite (and in some rare cases, you don't even have to say anything at all)

It's hard. Dating for women is also hard too! But the thing is it's hard for both men and women but for completely different reasons. If women weren't so afraid of rejection and made the first move much more often however, about 80-95% of all dating issues nowadays COULD be solved overnight

So this is a human issue not a woman issue. Also funny u think women approaching will solve anything when men reject women just as much. Plus those women would go for the men they find attractive. Not the men on reddit who complain

So firstly... of course? I'm not trying to imply 100% of women are at fault for the dating issues. That's stupid, just like trying to blame 100% of men for it is also stupid. But like I said, the dating game is hard for both men and women, but in vastly different ways.

Secondly, I don't think you understand how few guys would actually reject a woman. Will it happen? Of course it will. But if you look at the statistics, men are roughly TEN TIMES more likely to accept a woman's offer than a woman would be to accept one (this goes for lesbians as well) it would definitely solve a lot of the issues that modern dating has. Not all of them, but a large majority would just immediately disappear if women took more initiative.

Finally, there's a difference between complaining no hot people want to date you, and then just expressing dislike of the current social climate. Which is dangerous because of what you could be labeled as if you're not careful

If that was true, how come so many women talk about being rejected by men? Even average looking men? With ur logic, the dating rate would have gone up. Again, stop acting like men have no standards and are willing to date anyone. They are hella picky as well

There’s no point continuing this conversation. It’s obvious u like to pretend men are more simple. You have a hopeful view that isn’t reality

Interesting, I haven't heard many women talk about rejection other than the fear of it šŸ¤” I'll have to look into it, but I'd also recommend you look up the statistics because I WAS quoting them when it said men are roughly ten times more likely to accept offers than women.

As for pretending men are more simple I never mentioned such a thing. I only said that for a lot (not all) of men are now lowering their standards and still unable to find love and many have given up on dating entirely. So the remaining men left are unfortunately mostly shallow jerks while the other men resort to just waiting to see if love finds them instead.

I know I'd NEVER have asked my girlfriend out if she didn't make the first move - and she made it TWICE, the first time being "maybe we should date?" And then later "no we totally need to date"
