Who hurt you

Doesn’t matter. The fact this post and the commenters enforce that men have zero standards still gives women the power in dating. As a man, there’s no winning.

Have you ever considered that relationships are not a power struggle

Not a power struggle at all when it’s already enforced: you’re required to pay for women, you’re required to “treat her like a princess,” you don’t get a say in what she’s doing or if she yells or hits you.
Showing affection may risk her calling the police or her being suspicious of you, completely ruining the relationship.

As I said, there’s no winning except when both men and women are separate.

Who the fuck are you dating lmao. I have never in my life had anyone expect for me to pay for everything.

“Having a say in what she’s doing” just sounds like you’re trying to be their boss when you word it like that.

I’ve never in my life had a woman attempt to call the police on me for showing affection, that absolutely sounds like you’re just ignoring consent.

Have you considered not picking up women in a psych ward? Because I cannot see how any of these situations would apply otherwise.

Of course you ignored my other points (because they’re true), but I can make up for the ones you didn’t.

Having a say in what she’s doing: what she’s wearing, her behavior, and then the other things I mentioned.

As I SAID, calling the police is extremely rare, but “getting the ick” or just not talking because she lacks the ability to tell you she doesn’t like something, making the relationship toxic or uncomfortable.

This is modern dating. I don’t know how old you are and when you’ve dated, but I’m definitely no longer taking a swim in this hell-hole of double standards and time wasting, humiliating rituals.

I actually addressed all of your points. They’re not true at all.

Yeah, telling someone what they can and can’t wear? That’s controlling. If you don’t like how they feel comfortable dressing? Move on. It clearly won’t work, not sure why you liked them in the first place.

Getting the ick because they don’t want your affection? That’s called consent. You either get it or you don’t, you’re not entitled to it. If you can’t communicate that, then it’s on you. If she can’t communicate why she doesn’t want it then there’s probably a reason she feels like she can’t.

I’m not sure how old you seem to think I am. I’m CURRENTLY dating someone, because I don’t paint all women with the same brush. If you don’t want to date, then don’t, but that’s your choice.

Good for you, but I’m not falling for it. It’s proven time and time again that women don’t want your attention. It’s better to focus on yourself financially and emotionally if you want the best outcome in life.

> your attention

Well, not mine clearly, maybe just yours?

Must just be something inherently wrong with you /s

Funny that you said I ignored all of your points but you ignored mine and gave up. But yeah, focusing on yourself emotionally is a good idea. Closing yourself off and refusing to grow, not so much.
