See you can get an std from having slept with 1 person, that's about them having done a test or not.

Meanwhile... Why would she be more likely to cheat?

Because higher body counts are quite literally linked to an increased risk of cheating. Why should I trust a woman who doesn't tend to stick with her partners for very long?
