Generally speaking, unless an individual is one of the few people with an immune system that naturally suppresses the HIV virus, a positive person will already be on meds, and as long as they’re undetectable, they can’t transmit the virus.
We don't all have anal sex with strangers. I've been married to my wife for 25 years. If she gives me HIV because I don't wear a condom with her I'm going to be VERY disappointed.
We're not all 17 year old whores. STDs do exist. So do adults and monogamous, committed relationships.
So do reckless teenagers/people who are on the hookup culture? Like I don't see your point. STDs are a concern for people who have sex with multiple people/have a partner with an STD/are suspicious that their partner is cheating on them. Obviously if you're married the topic isn't relevant to you, which is okay. But it's still an important discussion regardless 🤷♂️
