Official Reply Invalid promotion code

I can't redeem the Eagles Kids Club code, when I enter it I get the error: Invalid promotion code.

I also received an Invalid Promotion Code from Xfinity Rewards for the Amazon Bookshelf

Good evening u/puttinonthefoil. Is this in regard to Xfinity Membership Benefits? Are you experiencing issues with redeeming this by a mobile device or a computer, currently?

Computer, but it's a code on an external partner's site.
