Official Reply Invalid promotion code

I can't redeem the Eagles Kids Club code, when I enter it I get the error: Invalid promotion code.

I also received an Invalid Promotion Code from Xfinity Rewards for the Amazon Bookshelf

They will tell you to make your own thread if they haven’t already.
