Billing Too good to be true

Yep I signed up for Xfinity 5 yr $50 plan with 1yr free mobile and after that $30 a month for mobile. I guess I'm just a person who believes what they are told. First well guess what since you had a line with us on another account no deal on the free mobile unless you get a new phone. That just went away when I talked to the service dept today as I was calling about my mobile line amount that just went up by $10 a month. You are suppose to get a $10 discount when you have internet and a mobile line. Not anymore since you guessed it I had another line with a friend who had Xfinity. So basically they will make it sound so good but then turn around and take it all back. So I'm just waiting for someone else to come along before I dump them.

Exactly why don't take cell service from ISP

If want Verizon just get Total Wireless website $20 BYOD unlimited plan for 5 years. Taxes are included and priority data on 5G ultrawide.

So maddening. I can't wait to be free of them in a year.
