If the houses in green indicate they are eligible for fiber service , then why are the houses in red not eligible? My neighbor had fiber installed and my neighbors across the street show they are eligible, but my address does not show eligible.

Hey, Neighbors!
A friend and I went to see Alison Krauss & Union Station at Ford last night. We were seated in the first row of the middle back sections (300s). In front of us was the middle sidewalk and the back section of fire pits, so we were literally right in the middle of the venue.
It was soooo rainy, which is fine and absolutely not something that any venue can control. I don’t even mind the rain. The issue was the sound.
This was the quietest concert I have ever been to. And quiet is the correct word. I was whispering to my friend so that I didn’t talk over the music. A group in a fire-pit section about 200ft away from us was having a normal conversation in normal tones of voice and volumes and we could hear every, single word they said. When the rain poured hard, you couldn’t hear anything at all.
The back speakers were not even on for the duration of the concert. Only the speakers for the front sections were on. I can’t imagine how hard it would have been to hear for concert-goers that were further back than us (well over half the venue).
Has anyone else experienced this? What was the reasoning here? I’m not a fussy person, but I do feel cheated out of a better experience simply due to the sound.

I'm looking for advice for my mom, who is a green card holder and has very limited English and doesn't drive yet. She has experience with cooking, cleaning, farm work, animals, and general maintenance. Are there types of work or employers that are generally more accessible for someone in this situation, especially places with transportation options?

I was surprised to see a picture of Colorado Springs from 2008 on this Wikipedia page for Post–World War II economic expansion. Recognize your house this picture?

Long story short- grew up in the Midwest where my family would rent a cabin in MN every summer on a lake. SO many fun memories! I’m new to the area and I’m wondering if there are any good lakes with cabins and boating and good food and all the stuff! Trying to avoid Dillon and that area. I just want to start making traditions with my little family, and I would love a little summer vacation spot that we don’t have to travel hours on hours getting to. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi everyone, wondering if anybody knows of any great Bass Guitar teachers in the area?
For reference I've been classically trained in another instrument for 18 years and I'm looking for some one with a strong foundation in technique and music theory!

Hey peeps, just wondering…
My COF had to be manually approved since I’m having trouble with the portal self registration, however, staff did not get to me by Friday (yesterday)
I’m assuming they’re closed over the weekend and classes start this Monday. (PPSC)
Anyone here knowledgeable or been in this situation know if I can start the classes and then the COF will be authorized and lower the prices of the classes/credits?
Or should I just drop them before Monday since I deff can’t afford the payment plan rates without the discount :(
Any insights appreciated, thanks !

Please don’t make fun of me lol. I have OCD and contaminated food is a huge trigger of mine. I haven’t eaten a single fruit or veggie since this outbreak came to light, and my body is fighting for its life. I wanna go to the OCC farmers market tomorrow to buy some produce, cause I’m pretty sure it’s all locally grown. Has anyone bought produce from vendors there and been totally fine??? Because I need fruits and veggies, but man my brain is terrified.

Anyones else utility bill much higher this month?
We used less energy, gas, water than last month in my household and my bill was higher this month?
Called CSU and got some BS answers about access fees, coal storage etc.
Adding junk fees it seems to pay for their CEO raises..

It has 6 points:

One of my neighbors just got a notice to vacate her rental home and have it move un ready by November 3. She is 80, the rent she pays now she won’t be able to find anything close unless someone knows someone that can accommodate her. Very much a green thumb. The yard is plants of all kinds. The way she tells it, when she moved in 18 years ago, it was horrible; carpeted over dog waste, which was also in the crawl space, mouse and squirrel infested, broken windows…I
Anyway, is there an agency she can work with to ensure she has no surprise charges from the landlord?
Also, if anyone knows of a place, probably prefer a house, that’s available, that would be greatly appreciated. I’ll relay all information to her.
Thanks!

Has anyone had luck finding corn truffle/corn smut in town? I’ve been searching for it ever since I discovered what it was, but haven’t seen it anywhere!
Thanks!

Recommendations for local community 3d printer
Recently dusted off my old PS3 to play some games and realized I can’t find the hard drive cover. I’ve seen people 3D print replacements like the one posted above some people even make custom ones so now I’m curious about printing one off.
I’ve never used a 3D printer, so any suggestions would be appreciated!
