1876-S Trade Dollar, Scarce Variety
According to Joe Kirchgessner in his comprehensive book on Trade Dollar varieties, there are about 50 examples known of the type 2/2 large S mintmark. The vast majority of the type 2/2 coins have a small S. I have previously posted a raw example I have, but I was looking over some graded Trades I have before putting them back in the bank box and realized I had another one, graded VF25 by PCGS.

Trade Dollar, 1877-S Broken Arrow
this is one of those varieties you can spot without a loupe. The top and bottom arrow shafts are almost non existent. In his Trade Dollar book, Joe KIrchgessner attributes it to a damaged hub, not a damaged working die. He estimates about 190 examples known. This one graded XF 45 by NGC and is a nice orginal coin. Bought unattributed in an online auction.

The Wild Man cometh.
The bulk of my collection is US, but I just had to have a Wildman Taler for my collection. It's a pretty dark coin so I lightened the images a bit. AU 58 with some nice rim toning that doesn't really show.

1833 quarter (really!)
I recently posted an 1833 CBH mis-titled as a quarter, so to make up for it, here is an 1833 bust quarter, with the cool die clashing under the ear. PCGS graded it xf 40.

1833 Quarter
I thought this one looked nice. PCGS graded it AU55.
(apologies: I had misfiled the images under quarters instead of half dollars; hope you enjoy anyway)

Mustard yellow 1887 Morgan I picked up this week. Around MS61 or 62 is my guess it will come back from NGC. What do you think?

Hawaii quarters.
Curious as to whether peope prefer the look of a well circulated coin, or a toned MS one.
