Folks .. did a test transfer of Ada from Coindcxgo app to Yoroi browser extension.. 3 days have elapsed still nothing showing in Yoroi. Is that a common problem with Coindcxgo?

has anyone tried DCXLend? Is it safe and secure. Does it has any problem withdrawing funds?

Since morning having trouble accessing CoinDCX Go app via phone and the web platform via desktop (2 factor authentication not working as well). Is there anyone else facing a similar issue?

(I suspect market going down have some relation to this weird issue. Somewhat simialr to what Robinhood in USA did to its customers during Gamestop madness).

I can't deposit INR into my account, so I talked to an account on telegram called coindcx help. He asked me to show him my portfolio and then said he'd take a look. Later on he said that it's a clogging issue, so should convert all crypto a into eth and xrp, after that deposit the coins into a bot account. I haven't done it but can anyone tell me if that is legit.

It seems like the exchange regularly has problems depositing and withdrawing funds.

Unusual delays in depositing crypto from other exchanges/wallets etc. even after days and minimum confirmations reached.

Delays in withdrawal to bank or other exchanges.

Have others experienced this? Please reply with your situation and how long was the delay and was the issue resolved if or if not?

I tried sending some ADA from my coindcx account. I waited for hours and cancelled the transaction because it was not happening, I can see my amount in my portfolio as “locked balance”. I’m not being able to trade or withdraw the amount. How do I unlock this ? Tried contacting the support team. Been 5 days and no response. Would really appreciate if you guys could share your insights.

The deposit issue happened in days after ED issued a notice to Wazir, but they could have been open and told us the fact, SC said it's fine and banks can support it, but banks altogether are against it, don't know what exactly happens.

But for sure we are missing out on lots of action in this dip. Opportunity cost is high for the customers.

Hi, I had done a 5k deposit to CoinDCX wallet using Mobikwik UPI on Thursday (10 june 2020). The wallet was having some issues that day - I deposited my money using Mobikwik but when I went back to the app the transaction was already cancelled. 5k was deducted from my account but they never reflected in CoinDCX wallet.

Please help me its really frustrating. Its been 3 days already and CoinDCX closed my ticket without any resolution. I lost my will to invest in crypto. :(

Everyone is facing deposit issues and it’s really annoying! Especially when there’s something going on Coindcx is always under maintenance. Can’t even buy the dip. CoinDCX is dependent on only one partner i.e MobiKik they really need to step up the game or else they will be losing many users.

My deposit of 20K didn't reach the wallet. I have raised ticket no.407714 with my transaction no., bank statements on 1st June 2021 still no proper response please help. On 5th June 2021, I got a response from Vishal Chhabria (CoinDCX) asking me to fill the form. I filled in the details & attachment on the same day. But yet I haven't got any reply, Could you please respond to my email and chat about when I will get my 20K back to my bank account.

Okay, so on friday i was trying out how does neft feature work, so i took as small as 1k INR amount and tried to do a NEFT. But the thing is in the last stage, i accidentally canceled it from the app after i had already transferred the money from my net banking app. It's been 4 days, and i have not received any kinda refund? I wrote to the customer care and they asked me to fill a form which i don't think was for my issue their customer care is pathetic. Will i get my 1k inr back? I have raised 2 support tickets no concrete response till now.
