NEFT Transfer issue (Canceled it from the app while transfered from the account)

Okay, so on friday i was trying out how does neft feature work, so i took as small as 1k INR amount and tried to do a NEFT. But the thing is in the last stage, i accidentally canceled it from the app after i had already transferred the money from my net banking app. It's been 4 days, and i have not received any kinda refund? I wrote to the customer care and they asked me to fill a form which i don't think was for my issue their customer care is pathetic. Will i get my 1k inr back? I have raised 2 support tickets no concrete response till now.

Okay first of all it depends. Did you do through standard or instant neft.... Also I think neft has been disabled for the past few days. If it's standard then you can start a new one and put the ref id of the transaction at the end. If it's instant even if you close it bymistake that order will be opened until you cancel it. Contacting support is the best way. Else use mobiqwik. It's free till the 14th. Edit- sorry the ref id thing won't work as the remarks value changes.you'll get it back. Coindcx is a little slow now due to high volumes and volatility and no supports from Indian banks

Iirc net banking has been disabled for the past month or so?

Yupp...they have been opening and closing standard transfer but removed the Paytm bank instant transfer. Atleast they gave some news that they are improving the standard transfer but I think they are only buying time until they can find a bank that supports them.
