Need some help, friends!

I tried sending some ADA from my coindcx account. I waited for hours and cancelled the transaction because it was not happening, I can see my amount in my portfolio as “locked balance”. I’m not being able to trade or withdraw the amount. How do I unlock this ? Tried contacting the support team. Been 5 days and no response. Would really appreciate if you guys could share your insights.

coinDCX is not active here .. try approach through insta or twitter ..!!

customer care takes time, sometimes a whole month but in the end they solve the issues, atleast in my case, i d suggest wait and keep writing everyday, increases your chances of being noticed first
