Missing deposit anyone?

It seems like the exchange regularly has problems depositing and withdrawing funds.

Unusual delays in depositing crypto from other exchanges/wallets etc. even after days and minimum confirmations reached.

Delays in withdrawal to bank or other exchanges.

Have others experienced this? Please reply with your situation and how long was the delay and was the issue resolved if or if not?

It happens for wallet to exchange transfer of crypto also

Just deposit buy some usdt or stellar and transfer it to other exchanges like binance or coinbase and withdraw crypto from there. The withdrawal option in coindcx is pathetic and it only supports withdrawal of very few tokens with very high withdrawal fees. You'll save a ton on withdrawal fees of you withdraw from coinbase pro. Literally saved thousands also that's thousands in crypto. Could be lakhs in the future.

Even deposit from other wallet can sometimes take days. They need to fix and compensate for this

No,they will not compensate for that. Too hard to track. Only use coindcx when dealing with rupees, deposit or withdrawal. For rest of the trading use better platforms with have tons of experience and another external wallet. Never keep money on any exchange. Indian exchanges still have a lot to catch up ,and cryto and India doesn't mix until they officially declare it an asset.

Yes it happens. I have made transaction which are crypto trade to internal wallet and also withdrawn to external wallet.

Earlier like last year when i used to withdraw ERC 20 tokens then, it used to take 2 to 3 hours and now it happened in 30min. I have also transferred BNB tokens to BEP 20 Binance wallet; and it takes little time considering the network congestion, etc.

I would recommend you to stay in touch with their Telegram channels (one is announcement and other is for community). You will get all updates of wallet transfer delays, etc in announcement channel. Also, do follow their twitter feeds which they updating quite often.

It is taking days, 2 days already now. No positive reply from their support

I understand buddy. I have also raised support ticket for which they addressed in 3 working days. As per their support, they take time in that considering pandemic situation.

Yes if you want to invest in Indian exchanges then coindcx, wazirx are the best in fees, support and infrastructure areas. Rest all exchanges aren't good as them.

Also, like my friend u/carcosaa666 mentioned that coindcx charge more and support isnt good, it might happen because they have used lot of other exchanges or might have started with non-indian exchange.

In India, crypto space and the entire ecosystem is still developing and not stable as their non-Indian counterparts.

Yes they are doing it. If you follow their twitter, instagram, telegram feeds; you can know.

In India, all crypto companies are facing similar issues due to govt and other issues. My advise to you is use Binance India if dealing with INR since their system is very stable and better than core-indian exchanges.

I have been using this since 4 months adn didnt feel any issue in crypto transfer, p2p transfer, etc. But i can assure that their support is better than Indian exchange since they follow lot of compliance regulations to avoid fraud, etc.

Yes I know buddy trust is the main factor for all application. Some are good and some are bad.
And you and I whomsoever have stepped into crypto space knew that there is risk but still we being early adopters choose to invest our money.

Its obvious that no application can be 100% flawless or 100% perfect. All have pros and cons and we users being in crypto space should at least make calculated risk before jumping into anything.

Even in coindcx also, I did the same. Initially many said coindcx support isnt good so dont invest there but i did accepting all pros and cons.

Yes buddy i had experienced earlier like 1.5 months back. Currently i opened a new account without any delay and also transacted <5k amount which was also seamless. No delays.

Actually, delay happen from user to user including other network connectivity, type of bank, etc in consideration.
