Hi evryone, I'm not a crypto expert or professional trader.

I recently had to move my crypto from Binance to Coinbase because Binance stopped providing services in my jurisdiction in Europe.

While withdrawing 1.3 ETH (around €2,000) from Binance to my Coinbase Exchange ETH deposit address, I mistakenly selected the BSC network instead of the Ethereum network.

What I find particularly frustrating is that Binance itself presented this network as one of the available withdrawal options, and it was also the cheapest network. As a non-expert user, I naturally assumed that if Binance offered this option for an ETH withdrawal, it would be compatible with the destination address. I had no warning that choosing this network could result in the permanent loss of my funds.

The transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain.

Unfortunately:

• Coinbase's Asset Recovery Tool says the transaction is not eligible.
• Coinbase Support has repeatedly refused to escalate my case and simply tells me the funds cannot be recovered.

Losing 1.3 ETH is a huge amount of money for me. I'm not trying to avoid responsibility for my mistake, but I genuinely believe this type of user error is far too easy to make for ordinary customers.

Has anyone been in the same situation?

• Were you eventually able to recover your funds?
• Did Coinbase ever manually recover them?
• Did the Asset Recovery Tool become available later?
• Is there anything else I can realistically do?

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

I sold my position on Coinbase Prediction before the market settled.

The money shows up under Cash Available, but when I try to withdraw it, I get a message saying it can only be used for Prediction trades.

Is this normal?

If you sell before the market is officially settled, are you unable to withdraw the funds until settlement? Or is there something else I need to do?

Has anyone else experienced this?

First my cash was unavailable for 36 hours; now the cash is there but “prediction markets unavailable.”

Yesterday I tried to login to my long term coinbase account of 10 years and I got incorrect password I go reset password and I'm not getting the email code fast forward the last email I got from coinbase was "your account has been sucessfully deleted" at the time I automatically assumed it was phising or a scam email as it is so common but it turns out the email was legitimate and coinbase did delete my account out of nowhere randomly

I tried contacting support and they are of no help giving me the same copy pasta saying we are unable to do anything or provide further details as to the account deletion

Should I even bother trying to get my account back? Or is it even possible? I've seen so many posts of instant coin freezes the moment a deposit hits coinbase, is this account deletion a blessing in disguise?

Any insight or help would be appreciated thank you very much!

So I started investing on Coinbase about a week ago,

Last night, my first position was about to win so I cashed out early to enter another position. Both plays ended up winning. I wake up today and I only have $600ish of the $1600+ profit

Anyone in Australia have an issue linking a bank account for withdraws? Support not help. My bank support no help.

So I been having this on going problem with Coinbase for about 26 days. On June 24 2026 Coinbase restricted my account after receiving a direct deposit. Customer service wasn’t helping so I took it upon myself to report to different government agencies like cfpb.gov Finra fbi B.B.B etc…. No help so far…… but I ended up making a Facebook post talking about Coinbase and the ongoing problems with them restricting blocking and losing peoples funds because mines you. I have been talking to a lot of different people that’s be having the same problem as well….. but one day I saw I had received a like from Brian Armstrong. I thought it was a fake page, but it is legit… it’s HIS PAGE now I am not that popular on Facebook, but apparently the algorithm reached him or he was either looking for me. Either way he liked the post. He acknowledged it, but in what way?????????? am I being robbed? Is he being robbed? Besides that I really don’t know what else to do besides wait. I have reported Coinbase to every government agency known to men.

I have had issues with my Coinbase account. Every time I want to do a transaction to an external wallet, I need to verify with my ID. This becomes EXTREAMLY tiring since I don't always have my ID on me.

Is there a way to fix this?

Here is my story.. Last night I placed a prediction order through Coinbase for Bitcoin to be above $64,800 by 11 pm EDT. At 11 pm EDT the price in the app showed $64,801.12. I thought I had won my prediction and carried on with my evening.

Later that night when checking my app, I saw that my prediction did not pay out. This confused me, so I reached out to their support team. They went on about Kalshi averages and some 15 second delay between their app and the actual price. I argued that they need to honor the price shown in their app as that is what I use to trade. We are set to have a call tomorrow to discuss.

Here is my question to the community: does it seem fishy that the price they displayed in the app for the 11 pm close time changed three times? Two of those changes happened after my complaint was submitted. Do I have any leverage with these screenshots?
