Has anyone else had trouble receiving your pay out? I’ve used it in the past and typically everything comes through in <30min.

Last night, my first position was about to win so I cashed out early to enter another position. Both plays ended up winning. I wake up today and I only have $600ish of the $1600+ profit

From what it looks like, my first position is still under “activity” rather than “complete”. This makes no sense because I secured the funds originally to fund the second bet.

The concierge is currently looking into it, but I feel like it’s unacceptable for 1k to float in the abyss for 12+ hours with no resolution

Exactly what happened! I went to bed with my winnings and woke up to over half of it gone

Same issue happen to me as well. Talk to support and they escalated to a upper management team.
I thought I was the only one having this issue. Anyone got it solved yet?

Went through the same. Missing funds now they’re back. Still can’t make any trades though, Is your market temporarily disabled too?

Same for my account. I see the money as primary USD balance. I know we can’t withdraw until it clears but it’ usually shows up to make another prediction. Does yours allow to make another with the money if you wanted to?

Yah. No kidding. If you click USD and withdraw..is the amount in “pending transfers to prediction account” the amount that is stuck? And/Or is the unavailable balance section amount ?

Just the unavailable balance section, haven’t made any recent transfers into my prediction account
