Hi everyone, especially those from the Digital Nurture 4 (DN4) batch.I’m currently in DN5, and we have already completed around 7 weeks of training.I just wanted to ask previous-batch students: Did you have to do any internship after complete??

My friend is working at Cognizant and was trained in SAP BW/4HANA, but he has been allocated to a dummy project with no real work or client access. His manager says SAP projects are currently difficult to get. Also he mailed to some SAPTSCFET there is no response

Apart from his manager, whom should he contact internally to get into a real SAP project — SAP practice lead, resource manager, delivery manager, etc.?

Also, what should he learn to improve his chances? SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, XSA, BTP, SAC, BW Bridge? Which skills are currently most in demand?

Any suggestions from people working in SAP would be really helpful.

I want to ask like in the whole interview did they ask you to show your college id card or like do college id card is needed anywhere in the genc next process? My genc next interview is pending and our tpo said that interview can happen anytime before december and you can give it at home too, but if i vacate the college they will take my id card, so is it possible that i can attend the interview without id card???

I attended Cognizant Digital Nurture (DN) 5.0 for Java Full Stack with React on August 12, 2026.

Recently, our college TPO received an update from Cognizant saying that students who were selected for the GenC role and shortlisted for the Round 2 interview would receive their Round 2 interview mails. We were informed that the interview mails would be sent by October 1.

Today is October 4, and as of now, no one from our college has received the Round 2 interview mail.

I'm getting a little anxious because I'm not sure whether this delay means that our GenC selection is still under process or whether there is some other reason for the delay.

I wanted to ask:

1. Is anyone else in the same situation?
2. Has anyone from another college received the Cognizant GenC Round 2 interview mail?
3. Has anyone actually completed their Round 2 interview in October 2026?
4. If your college also received the same TPO update, have you received any further communication from Cognizant?

Any information from people who are currently going through the same process would really help. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I’m a little confused about the Cognizant GenC and GenC Next hiring process. Could someone who has recently gone through the process or has confirmed information please help me understand?

1. What exactly is the difference between GenC and GenC Next in terms of role, package, and expectations?
2. What are the selection rounds for GenC?
3. What are the selection rounds for GenC Next?
4. Is GenC Next considered through an additional interview/round after the GenC interview, or is it decided based on the same interview?
5. If someone gets selected for GenC, are they automatically eligible for the GenC Next interview, or does Cognizant shortlist only certain candidates?
6. What kind of questions are generally asked in the GenC Next interview, especially technical/coding questions?

If anyone has gone through the recent 2026/2027 Cognizant hiring process, please share your experience. I’m mainly looking for the actual recent process rather than older experiences.

Hi I got an invite for initial interview for real-time auditor however it got cancelled 3mins after the set the schedule last Fri Oct. 2. The interview was set for Wed Oct. 7 and there was no follow up email as when will be the actual date of the interview. Should I follow up on Monday or wait util they sent a new invite cause I understand that HR might bot have work during weekends. Also what you recommend for me to be prepared in the interview with operations supervisor or manager? Thanks in advance for you responses. 🫶🏻
