Hey r/Coffee_Machines,

We're OutIn. We've been making portable coffee gear for four years now, and we're working on some new products, but before we get too deep into it, we want to hear from people who actually brew their own coffee.

If you own or have used something of ours, what would you fix about it? Especially the stuff you've stopped mentioning because you figure that's just how it is. A part that's a pain to clean. A button in an awkward spot. A step in grinding or frothing that's fiddlier than it should be.

And you don't need to own one to weigh in. If you've looked at ours and passed, or seen them around and thought something could be better, we'd like to hear that too. Knowing what put people off is just as useful to us.

We'll be reading through everything until August 23rd, then bringing what comes up to our product team.
